How do I access my download?
Straight after checkout you'll see your download buttons and get an email with your links. You can also view and re-download every purchase from your account.
How do I add my logo?
Open the document in Microsoft Word, click the logo placeholder in the header and insert your own image. Our guide How to add your logo to our SWMS templates walks you through it.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is emailed with every order, and all past orders are in your account.
What's your refund policy?
If a product doesn't match its description and we can't fix it, we offer a refund within seven days of purchase or store credit. We can't refund a wrong choice, so please check the sample pages first.
